Craft@Adfest will take place on March 16-17 with a programme dedicated to production (including commercial production, post production, music and sound companies), digital professionals, and technological innovations.
Creative@Adfest will take place on March 18-19 with a programme dedicated to agency and marketing professionals.
Delegates can now choose from three different packages: Craft@Adfest or Creative@Adfest, and the full four-day package.
âAdfest is one of the biggest gatherings of its kind for creative professionals working in the region, attracting thousands of delegates every year,â said Jimmy Lam, President of Adfest.
âWe have decided to package next yearâs programme to accommodate the needs of our audience. Craft@Adfest is ideal for production executives who are interested in making beneficial connections with other executive producers, directors, and post, music and sound experts. It is also targeted at digital professionals who are at the cutting edge of new communications platforms and technologies.
âMeanwhile, the programme for Creative@Adfest will consist of a high-calibre line-up of the worldâs sharpest agency creatives, agency producers and marketing professionals, who will share their experiences and inspire the industry to continually raise the bar for creativity.
âOf course, we live in an age of convergence, which means many creative professionals will still prefer to attend the entire four-day Adfest 2016. But for specialists working in specific areas of the creative industries, there is now an option to choose between different delegate packages,â said Lam.
Adfest is now inviting creative and innovation experts from across the globe to submit session proposals for consideration to present. The deadline for submissions is December 31.
âIf you are a professional with expertise in advertising, interactive, production, design and communications, weâd love to hear from you,â said Kem Suraphongchai, Festival Director at Adfest.
âThe theme of next yearâs festival is âCreative Intelligenceâ, so we are particularly keen to hear session ideas that will enable creative professionals to sharpen their creative intellect so that they leave ADFEST 2016 feeling better equipped to think outside the square and deliver smarter solutions.â
âAs always, weâd like to examine future trends such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality and new digital platforms. And for the first time, Adfest will be divided into two streams: Craft@Adfest, which will nurture the talents of production, digital, and technology creators; and Creative@Adfest which will delve into the latest trends impacting agencies and brands.â
This year, the festival consists of a four-day program featuring 40-minute Speaker Sessions, workshops, networking events, screenings and more.
With the theme âCreative Intelligenceâ, Speaker Sessions at Adfest 2016 will be focused on helping creative professionals adapt to a world that is constantly changing through technological innovation.
