Microsoft India urges people to be 25 everyday

Havas Worldwide India has created a digital film to mark Microsoft completing 25 years in India that encourages people to embrace the attitude of 25

Microsoft is in its 25th year in India and to commemorate the milestone, Havas Worldwide India was tasked with creating a campaign for the digital space. To capture the spirit within this global giant that enables it to have a transformative impact on the lives of Indians across various walks of life, every single day, was the creative challenge.

The film shows how Microsoft inspires and empowers three people from different walks of life to realise their dreams. There is a young man who uses the digital technology to help others achieve perfection in their fields – be it a football player or the board room. A girl who has just broken up with her boyfriend gets the inspiration to move on from the numerous capabilities that she gets to develop using Microsoft’s technology – be it announcing to the world how she has moved on, or displaying her artistic endeavours. A young woman with gets inspired to use Microsoft’s technology to mould young minds and open up a new world for them.

Being 25 is a mindset. An attitude. It’s a choice. It’s usually the age when one feels least inhibited and most ambitious. The most risk taking and carefree. When optimism and ability to fulfill one’s dreams go hand in hand. As Microsoft turns 25 in India, it asks everyone to be 25 too. Every day. #25Everyday is about embracing the attitude of 25, to not just feel empowered but to help others feel empowered too.

This film celebrates that attitude.”

The digital campaign is currently running on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Microsoft’s own platforms.
