BEI Confluence has won the 360-degree communication duties of US-based software technology group Rokittech Technologies. The company, which has recently entered India with a number of online products and services, is getting ready to launch these in a phased manner across the country in the next few months.
The win comes on the back of a multi-agency pitch, which had several rounds of interactions. BEI Confluence's offices in Delhi and Bangalore made a joint pitch for the business.
BEI Confluence's PR, Digital and Events wings will be working in unison to create seamless communication across online and offline media platforms. The Rokitt account in BEI Confluence will be handled by a dedicated team led by Vice-President Abhishek Gupta, who will coordinate and oversee the business. Gupta, who was earlier with O&M Delhi, was recently hired by BEI Confluence Delhi to augment its senior management team.
On awarding the total business to BEI Confluence, Dr Kunal Banerji, Global Marketing Head, Rokitt Group, said, “BEI Confluence came up with the most convincing 360-degree strategy for promoting our products and we are delighted to have them on board as marketing and advertising partners. The agency is currently in the process of creating a multimedia campaign to promote Women Entrepreneur International and the augmented reality product, ROAR.”
Reacting to the win, Ajay Chaudhary, COO, BEI Confluence, said, “Working with Rokitt is not only a welcome challenge for us, but also an opportunity for the agency to showcase its talent and the ability to innovate along with the fast evolving communication media. The emergence of the digital space calls for an intrinsic understanding and also a certain amount of boldness to encourage and implement fresh ideas.”
Rokitt is developing digital products for B2C and B2B consumers in India across the spectrum. In India, their first product has a strong social relevance – Women Entrepreneurs International (WEI), which is a digital platform to encourage entrepreneurship among women in India. It is an online portal that offers free registration to all aspiring women business professionals and entrepreneurs. This will be formally launched shortly. The other products that Rokitt is planning to launch include Online Travel Platform, Hyper Local Promotion Platform, Augmented Reality and a platform for Home Chefs.
