GEC Watch: All top 5 channels grow in Week 24

Star Plus and Colors add maximum viewership, while Zee TV, Life OK and Sab TV also register marginal growth

After a significant loss in their viewership last week, Star Plus and Colors have recovered to some extent by adding maximum eyeballs this week. Zee TV, Life OK and Sab TV also witnessed marginal growth this week.

According to select data publicly available on BARC India's website for Week 24 (June 13 – June 19) for HSM, 1L+ Individuals, Star Plus strengthened its leadership and was closely followed by Colors at No. 2. Zee TV, Life OK and Sab TV were at No. 3, 4 and 5, respectively.

After losing 30 million TVTs last week, Star Plus has added maximum viewership this week and recorded a gross viewership of 384 million (last week 366 million).

Colors, too, witnessed a jump in its viewership and the channel recorded a gross rating of 343 million (last week 328 million).

Zee TV steadily continued to add more viewers. The channel recorded a gross rating of 242 million against last week's 237 million.

Life OK, too, added a few more eyeballs this week and recorded a gross rating of 235 million (last week 232 million).

Sab TV recorded a gross rating of 187 million (last week 186 million).
