Participating agencies at the 2015 edition of the Kyoorius Awards included DDB Mudra, Ogilvy & Mather, Madison Group, BBDO, Grey Worldwide, Contract Advertising, Creativeland Asia, Scarecrow Communication, Linen Advertising, Itsa Brand Solutions, Webchutney, Isobar, Rediffusion Y&R, and Ideas@Work, to name a few.
Rajesh Kejriwal, Founder CEO of Kyoorius, commented, âWith almost twice as many entries as last year, the jury members were tasked with an immense responsibility to recognise and award all outstanding work submitted to the awards. Weâd like to congratulate all the Baby Elephant winners â this is cause for celebration in itself, given Kyoorius and D&ADâs stringent criteria.â
He further said, âThe work that has made the cut in advertising shows a sensitivity to the Indian context and impeccable execution. Some of the themes that the jurors picked up on were empowerment of women in society and a strong emotional narrative. The results from the Kyoorius Digital Awards are very encouraging, and itâs exciting to watch this industry mature and grow. The jury members responded to the originality and freshness of ideas on display.â
The Kyoorius Awards recognise and award the most outstanding creative work in the Indian visual communications and digital sphere. To this end, Kyoorius, in association with D&AD have endeavoured to create a truly ethical and neutral platform, complete with a jury composed of some of the top creative minds from around the world.
The Blue Elephant is recognised as a symbol of the very highest creative achievement. Kyoorius Awards have no winning tier structure â no gold, silver or bronze, and it is the juryâs prerogative to award one or multiple Blue Elephants in any one category, whereas none in another, if entries are not up to the mark. Alongside the winner, all nominations will be featured in the Kyoorius Advertising Awards Annual, distributed to over 5,000 corporates and creatives across India.
