SureWaves has announced the appointment of Swapnil Limje as Vice-President - Business Planning and Strategy. He will drive identification and evaluation of new business opportunities for the company as well as devise sales strategy to tap the full revenue potential of the SureWaves Spot TV Network commensurate with its viewership performance. Previously, he was Head - Strategy and Business Head at Zee News.

During the course of his career, Limje has been associated with the radio industry since the inception of private FM radio and was involved in the setting up of key radio stations, sales and business development. He also played an important role in handling station operations for Radio Mirchi. In the recent past, he was responsible for handling the overall strategy for Zee Media Corporation and was also a part of the core team which launched three new regional channels. Limje did his management education from IIM, Ahmedabad after obtaining an engineering degree from IIT, Mumbai.
