Close on the heels of winning the Sony India, Dixcy Scott and Garuda Foods accounts last week, the independent media communications specialist from the Dentsu Aegis Network has added Popees Baby Care to its client roster. The win comes on the back of a multi-agency pitch. Carat will handle the account from its Kochi office. Maxus was the incumbent on the account.

Popees is a Kerala-based company founded by Shaju Thomas, which makes clothing for newborns and kids in the age group of 1-6 years. The company, which began in the year 2005, has various brands under its portfolio, including Ourkids, Pomees, Junior Popees and Vanchris.
