Everest wins creative mandate for Onida ACs

Everest-Logo_LREverest Brand Solutions has won the creative duties for Onida air-conditioners following a multi-agency pitch.  The agency's Mumbai office will handle the business.

Onida is all set to unveil their new range of i-Genius air conditioners this summer, based on a revolutionary new technology platform – IOT (Internet of Things). With the onset of another long summer season, Onida i-Genius will be the new buzzword in the market. It’s not just an AC. It’s a cool new gadget for today.

The campaign aims to target focus markets with print, digital and radio as the key mediums of communication.

“Onida i-Genius ACs are the next step in the evolution of air-conditioning. With smart features like Smart Sleep Manager and Self-Diagnosis Manager, the i-Genius is built for today’s smartphone generation.  The ‘Onida Aircon App’ allows complete control of your AC from anywhere in the world,” said Sunil Shankar, Business Head – AC, Onida.

“The trick is in explaining the unique product features in the communication and creating a buzz around the new technology, in a manner that is simple yet connects with the target audience. The campaign conceptualized by Everest hits the bull’s eye,” added NS Satish, Onida’s VP – Sales & Marketing.
