red-fm93.5 Red FM is all set to launch a new musical property called 'Red Bandstand'. The initiative aims at providing a platform for upcoming independent musicians to showcase their talent through on-ground performances across major cities in the country. Red Bandstand held its first performance by the band 'Anantara' at Shankar Market in New Delhi on Saturday, September 6, 2014.

The aim of this musical initiative is to bring Independent musicians to the mainstream and help them reach the masses. This is the first time that a radio station has taken the lead in helping independent music bands win appreciation for their work. Red FM will help such musicians in showcasing their talent on its digital platforms like YouTube, Facebook and Twitter and provide them with wider reach and exposure. Red Bandstand will also give the budding music bands across the country, a chance to perform live at major hangouts, landmarks, marketplaces and colleges across major cities in India.

With Red Bandstand, we promise to provide a platform to nurture the upcoming musicians and singers and help them showcase their talent to a wider audience.”
