History TV18 brings alive small screen with second screen app

Available for download on iOS and Android, the app has a flexible user interface providing a platform to connect with other viewers and also the channel

History TV18 brings to its audiences India's first truly second screen app experience. The History TV18 App allows fans to interact with one another around feeds (videos, images, facts), participate in show discussions, and create conversations on various topics. What's more, through a novel innovation, viewers can see their chats live on TV via a ticker, taking viewer engagement to a whole new realm.

The History TV18 app will offer viewers a chance to network around feeds while watching their favorite shows, watch videos, participate in show discussions, like and reply to Twitter feeds and other social media integration. The app also boasts of a unique feature where it assimilates seamlessly and pulls out friends automatically from the user's contact list. Viewers can add other users as their buddy, and on approvals receive exclusive History TV18 stickers which can be used in the chat rooms.

• Relive Shows: Chat with tens of thousands of fans while watching favourite shows on TV, with the option to chat live and see those chats on-air in real-time. Create & play polls and quizzes.
• Rich Chats: Capture favorite scenes from TV and share, like chats and checkout popular chats, friends' chat in separate tabs. Chat with emojis and exclusive History TV18 Stickers
• TV Buddies: Integrates seamlessly and pulls out friends automatically from your contact list. You can add any user as a buddy and if it gets approved you unlock an exclusive History TV18 sticker which can be used inside the chat room.
