The India Chapter of the International Advertising Association (IAA) will  showcase its latest offering, 'IAA Retrospect & Prospects', at the Sahara Star Mumbai on February 12, 2014. Colors has agreed to be the presenting partner of the event.

This unique event which debuted at the Westin Gurgaon on January 22, 2014, to a widely appreciative audience will have D Shivakumar, Chairman & CEO, PepsiCo India, presenting a 60-minute review of the highs and the lows that were experienced by the marketing, media and advertising industries in the last year. He will also indulge in some intelligent crystal ball gazing and talk about the trends one can expect in the year ahead.

Shivakumar made a brilliant and absorbing presentation in Gurgaon as he highlighted the new trends that needed the attention of marketers and communication specialists, and also suggested what could go wrong if they were ignored. \at the heart of his argument was the rise of the 'Collective Voice' of the consumer and how that was likely to impact the fortunes of brands.

Srinivasan Swamy, President, IAA India Chapter & VP-Development, IAA Asia Pacific, said, “This would be infotainment at its best. In sixty minutes we will have the wisdom and insights of a leader of our fraternity encapsulating the immediate past and the near-future in an absorbing audio-visual format. It will be a must-see for all members of our industry. The Delhi audience loved it. We, along with our partner Colors felt there was a need to present this in both Mumbai and Delhi.”
