He takes over from Prem Menon who will take charge of new initiatives of ZEE in the southern markets

NS EaswaranZee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE) has elevated NS Easwaran, Deputy Business Head of Zee Tamizh, as Business Head of the Tamil GEC channel. The promotion is effective July 1, 2013. Prem Menon, who was the Business Head of Zee Tamizh, will take charge of new initiatives in southern markets.
Menon has been instrumental in building the Zee Tamizh business to its current level. While speaking about the development, he said, “It’s been a great journey setting up the Zee Tamil channel and I enjoyed every moment of it .While I have to move on to expand the south business for Zee , I wish Easwaran good luck to take the Zee Tamizh to greater heights.”
Easwaran said, “The stage is set to move ahead and we have our plans in place. I’ll be taking on the baton from Prem Menon and take the channel to the next level.”
