India secures 11 shortlists at Festival of Media Global Awards 2013

Mindshare India leads the tally with seven shortlists, while Omnicom has bagged two and Lodestar UM and Mediacom have secured one nomination each

The Festival of Media Global Awards 2013 has announced the 186 campaigns, from over 30 markets, that made it to the shortlist. This year the awards received a record-breaking number of entries, with over 1,000 submissions from across the globe.

Among the 186 shortlists worldwide, India has secured 11 nominations across eight categories. Mindshare India leads the tally with seven shortlists where its campaign MTV VJ Jose Kidnapped for Axe Shower Gel Launch has been shortlisted in four categories.

Omnicom Media Group has bagged two nominations while Lodestar UM and Mediacom have secured one nomination each.

The Festival of Media Global will take place on April 28-30, 2013, at the Montreux Music & Convention Centre in Montreux, Switzerland. The winners of The Festival of Media Global Awards will be announced at an Awards Gala Dinner Ceremony on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at the Le Petit Palais.
