Isobar India, part of Aegis Media group, has appointed Jaya Bhatia as Business Head (West) to drive the region's business forward. She will also be responsible for driving the agency's digital creative and services division nationally.

Isobar has emerged as a leader among digital agencies in India, emerging as the fastest growing global digital agency. Bhatia will also be a part of Isobar India's Executive Committee, which already includes Gopa Kumar, AVP, and Nilesh Pathak, CTO, along with Shamsuddin Jasani, MD, Isobar India.

Bhatia has over 15 years of work experience of which more than 10 years are in the digital domain. She has worked with marquee clients like Unilever, where she was the force behind Sunsilk Gang of Girls, Vodafone, Honda, Heinz and Renault to name a few. She has worked across agencies like O&M, BCWebWise, Digital Law & Kenneth and Ignitee Digital Service.
