a.m., the Mumbai-based communications company, has won the creative duties for Times Mangal Parv 2013. The win follows a multi-agency pitch held in Mumbai recently. The agency will handle the creative duties across print, radio and BTL.

Times Mangal Parv, currently in its fourth year, is the annual home-buying festival organised by the Times Group. Every year, the event sees participation from leading developers in the residential sector. It aims to give a boost to home sales in the otherwise-lean monsoon season, where buying traditionally slows down. The event period is August 23 to October 6, 2013.

During the festival, prospective buyers stand the chance to win huge prizes if they buy from a developer participating in Times Mangal Parv. In past years, the grand prize has included a free high-end apartment. This year, three lucky winners will win Cash Back prizes of Rs 50 lakh, Rs 20 lakh and Rs 10 lakh. Times Mangal Parv also rewards developers and their staff for exceptional festival branding and sales performance.
