Discovery Channel to air weekly show 'No Kitchen Required' from July 8, Monday to Friday at 10 PM as three famous chefs are dumped in remote locations

Discovery Channel is set to go on air with 'No Kitchen Required', an original, impromptu series that follows three chefs who are dropped off in isolated locations. The intriguing new series revolves around the difficult conditions faced by the famous chefs who must work with the locals to hunt, forage and collect ingredients for a locally-inspired meal. The captivating series will air Monday to Friday every week at 10 PM, starting July 8.

True to its name, 'No Kitchen Required' takes these courageous chefs out of the kitchen and into the wild compelling them to gets their hands dirty and push themselves to their limits in order to experience incredible situations unique to any other typical food show. This series is an inimitable amalgamation of food, travel and adventure that will give the spectators interesting insights into varied cultures.

New York restaurateur Michael Psilakis, the first ever “Chopped” Grand Champion, Chef Madison Cowan and international Chef Kayne are ready to cook anything that grows and moves on Earth! They prepare dishes from ten very different and remote locations including Dominica, New Zealand, Belize, Fiji, Chiang Dao, Thailand, KohLanta, Thailand, as well as Hawaii, New Mexico, Louisiana and Florida.

The series gives each chef the freedom to choose the ethnic ingredients he wants to use – the challenge comes when he must acquire and prepare the constituents in the same manner as the locals. The chefs' meals are finally be judged by the local community and one will be chosen as winner in each episode.
