publive-imageWeek 23 of TAM 2013 was the first full week after IPL but it didn't bring much relief for Hindi GECs and most of the shows witnessed decline in their viewership. The week also saw the launch of Connected Hum Tum on Zee TV that averaged 1.1 TVR in its opening week.

According to data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 23 (June 2 - June 8) for the CS 4+, HSM markets, Star Plus continued to lead the genre with 4 shows in top 10 weekday shows and held the top 3 slots for four weeks in a row. Colors was at No. 2 with 3 shows in the top 10 list followed by Zee TV with 2 shows and SAB TV with 1 show.

In weekend programming, DID Super Moms on Zee TV continued to top the chart followed by Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa on Colors.

Special episode of Mahadev on Sunday, June 2, 2013 fetched 4 TVR and helped the channel grow to No. 4 position.

Weekday toppers

Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus maintained its leadership with an average of 4.1 TVR (last week 4.1).

Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai retained No. 2 position despite a dip in its viewership. The show averaged 3.1 TVR this week (last week 3.7).

Third position was also held by Star Plus' Pyaar Ka Dard Hai. It fetched an average rating of 3.0 TVR (last week 3.6).

SAB's Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma fared at No. 4 with an average TVR of 3.0 against last week's 3.1 TVR.

Madhubala on Colors climbed three positions to No. 5 with an average of 2.9 TVR (last week 2.6).

Zee TV's Qubool Hai slipped one position to No. 6. The show averaged at 2.9 TVR (last week 3.0).

Colors' Balika Vadhu held it viewership and averaged 2.8 TVR this week (last week 2.8).

Saathiya on Star Plus climbed two positions to No. 8 this week. The show garnered an average of 2.5 TVR (last week 2.4).

Zee TV's Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke made a comeback in the top 10 club with 2.3 TVR (last week 2.2).

Colors' Uttaran slipped one position this week to No. 10 with an average of 2.2 TVR (last week 2.5)

Weekend toppers

Zee TV continued to rule weekend programming with DID Super Moms on top of the chart. The show garnered an average of 3.3 TVR. The show had opened at 3.0 TVR.

At No. 2, Colors' Jhalak Dikhhla Ja averaged at 2.4 TVR. The show had opened at 2.4 TVR last week.

Sony's crime show, CID, fetched an average TVR of 2.3 (last week 2.0).

Fear Files on Zee TV recorded an average TVR of 2.1 (last week 1.5).

Sony's Indian Idol Junior averaged at 1.9 TVR after opening at 1.8 TVR last week.

Star Plus dancing reality show India's Dancing Superstar garnered 1.9 TVR (last week 1.7).

Sony's other crime show, Crime Patrol, garnered 1.7 TVR this week (last week 1.4).

Comedy Circus ke Ajoobe on Sony averaged 1.3 TVR (last week 1.4).

Star Plus' crime fiction, Arjun, recorded 1.0 TVR (last week 0.8).

Adalat on Sony recorded 0.9 TVR (last week 0.8).
