English business news channel ET Now believes that one of the keys to smart investing is to identify stocks that have the potential to be multi-baggers early, stocks that are mid-cap but have the potential of being large caps in future. But most such mid cap companies are hard to find gems and cannot be easily identified as a result of which investors have little access to management of such companies.

ET Now makes an advent into the arena of such mid-cap companies with the launch of 'ET Onsite'. For the first time on business TV, a show will take viewers inside India's best managed mid-cap companies, tracing the daily operations of industry experts outside their boardroom. In the show's distinct format, the CEOs will be interviewed on-site, be it a shop floor, a retail unit or even an assembly plant.

ET Onsite will be aired every Friday at 6.30 PM and Saturday at 8 PM.

The show will be anchored by Niraj Shah, ET Now's in-house mid-cap expert and will feature India's top mid-cap companies with exclusive interviews of dynamic personalities such as Arun Nanda, Chairman of Mahindra Holiday, Prakash Tulsiani, MD of Gujarat Pipavav Port, Anand Deshpande, Founder and Chairman of Persistent Systems, and many more.
