The 60th Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the largest global awards and celebration of creative advertising and communications, has announced the shortlists for Direct Lions. This year, 247 entries have been shortlisted for Direct Lions which attracted 2578 entries from 67 countries – an increase of +9% compared to last year.

Indian agencies have secured 3 shortlists where Leo Burnett Mumbai has got 2 shortlists for Coke Studio. The 'Reflection of Music - Table Mat' campaign has been shortlisted in Ambient Media while The 'Reflection of Music – Installation' campaign has been shortlisted in Publication and Media category.

The third shortlist from India is 'Help Desk' campaign done by DDB Mudra Group Mumbai for Aarambh under Best Low Budget Campaign category.

Last year, India had secured 8 shortlist and won a Bronze Lion in Direct category.

The Direct Lions jury is headed by Mark Tutssel, Worldwide Chief Creative, Leo Burnett while Juju Basu, Senior Vice President & Executive Creative Director, Contract Advertising is representing the jury from India.
