publive-imageET Now and Times Now, in association with Capgemini, one of the world's foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, has announced the second season of the 'Capgemini Super Techies Show'. The show was ranked consistently among the Top 50 weekend shows during its run last year.

This time the technology based reality television show is set to feature participants from not only India but also North America, who will battle it out and solve real business challenges faced by some of the largest enterprises in India. Any Indian who has the experience of working on technologies in a business environment is eligible to apply online starting May 27 till June 25 at www.capgeminisupertechiesshow.com. North American nationals would be eligible to apply online after a few days.

This year again we are geared to set a benchmark for the industry as the show goes global to test the tech prowess's of India and North America's brightest IT minds as they race to win the title of 'Super Techie' and a cash prize of Rs 1.5 million.”

Twenty-seven participating teams of two IT professionals each will be shortlisted to address real life technology-business challenges of companies through their proposed technology solutions. These teams will be shortlisted through a stringent process after evaluating an applicant's technological skill sets and business-problem solving abilities. All the finalists will get an opportunity to showcase their expertise to a national audience besides getting an opportunity to interact with CIOs of leading brands from India.

Capgemini Super Techies Show will go on air in September 2013 and will comprise a total of 13 episodes. The jury, comprising senior technology leaders from the participating companies and technology experts from Capgemini, will award points to each team based on their solutions.

The show also has an exciting 'Refer a Friend' contest, enabling anyone to invite their friends, family members and colleagues suitable for participation. If the person being referred gets shortlisted as a finalist, the referrer wins a tablet.
