publive-imageIn comparison to last week when Star Plus was only 12 GRPs ahead of Colors, the margin between the two channel has increased to 33 GRPs in Week 26 (June 24 – June 30) of TAM 2012. According to TAM data sourced from TAM subscribers, Star Plus has consolidated its leadership this week even as Colors has held on to its No. 2 position. There is no change in the pecking order of Hindi GECs this week.

Backed by the improved performances of its fiction shows, Star Plus has widened the gap with Colors. Star Plus now has a lead of 33 GRPs this week compared with a lead of just 12 points last week. Star Plus has fetched 266 GRPs this week (last week 251).

Colors is also riding high on its fiction shows and the channel is firm at No. 2 this week with 233 GRPs (last week 239).

Unlike Star Plus and Colors, non-fiction shows are working well for Zee TV. While DID Little Masters has improved its ratings further, Fear Files opened at 3.8 TVR on Saturday, June 30, 2012. The channel has recorded 211 GRPs (last week 214).

Sony Entertainment Television has gone below 200-mark again, recording 194 GRPs (last week 201).

SAB TV has added 11 points this week to 120 GRPs against last week's 109 GRPs.

Life OK has improved a little this week and crossed 100-mark again. The channel has recorded 101 GRPs this week (last week 97).

Sahara One is at 42 GRPs this week (last week 36).
