PepsiCo India Foods CEO Varun Berry decides to quit
The 18-year Pepsi veteran oversaw the company's Lay's, Quaker, Kurkure and Lehar brands

Varun Berry, CEO of PepsiCo India Foods, has decided to leave PepsiCo. Berry's 18-year career at PepsiCo included roles in the company's businesses in India, Asia and the Middle East. As the leader of PepsiCo India Foods, he oversaw the company's popular Lay's, Quaker, Kurkure and Lehar brands.
Previously, Berry had served in Dubai as the head of International Dairy & Juice Ltd., PepsiCo's joint venture with Saudi Arabia-based dairy company Almarai.
Prior to that he was General Manager for PepsiCo in the Philippines, with responsibility for both foods and beverages, and earlier he served the company in Vietnam.
In a statement, PepsiCo said it is grateful for Berry's service and wished him and his family the very best in their future endeavors.
