The 15th Asia Pacific Advertising Festival, more affectionately known as ADFEST 2012, announced the winners in Press, Outdoor, Cyber, Direct, Promo, Design, Print Craft and Film Craft on March 19 at Pattaya, Thailand. Winners in Film and Radio categories along with special awards will be announced today.
Indian agencies have fared well with 24 metals including 2 Gold, 9 Silver and 13 Bronze among the categories announced so far. Last year, the overall tally was 18 without any Gold metal. In 2010, Indian agencies had managed to pick 34 Lotus.So far, DDB Mudra Group leads the Indian tally with 9 metals including 3 Silver and 6 Bronze. Leo Burnett India has bagged 6 metals including 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 4 Bronze. McCann Worldgroup has won 5 metals including 1 Gold and 4 Silver. Grey Worlwide India follows with 1 Silver and 1 Bronze while Ogilvy & Mather and DraftFCB+Ulka have managed to get 1 Bronze each.
