Star Plus stays firm above 300-mark

Sony and Colors lose 20 and 26 GRPs, respectively, in the fifth week of TAM 2012

India's No. 1 Hindi GEC Star Plus which crossed the 300-mark last week has strengthened its leadership in the fifth week of TAM 2012. On the other hand, Sony and Colors have lost 20 and 26 GRPs, respectively, this week.

Star Plus has strengthened its leadership among Hindi GECs with 309 GRPs in Week 5 of TAM 2012 (last week 306).

Sony has lost 20 points during the week to register 217 GRPs week (last week 237).

Colors has registered a decline of 26 GRPs in Week 5. It had added 30 GRPs last week on the back of 'Colors Screen Awards'. The channel has recorded 204 GRPs this week (last week 230).

Zee TV has shown some recovery this week to register 179 GRPs (last week 172).

SAB TV maintains status quo at No. 5 with 133 GRPs in Week 5 (last week 132).

At No. 6, Life OK has recorded 83 GRPs (last week 85).

Imagine TV has slipped to 55 GRPs this week (last week 61).

Sahara One is inching closer to Imagine TV with steady improvement in its GRPs. The channel has registered 48 GRPs this week (last week 45).
