Consolidated net revenues of the MSO stood at Rs 216.09 crore, up 8 per cent q-o-q

Den Networks has announced its Q2 FY13 results. It has reported consolidated PAT of Rs 15.59 crore for July-September, up 251 per cent y-o-y and 28 per cent q-o-q. The consolidated EBITDA was Rs 49.56 crore, a jump of 59 per cent y-o-y, and 10 per cent q-o-q.
Consolidated net revenues stood at Rs 216.09 crore, up 8 per cent q-o-q. The y-o-y revenues are not comparable on account of reporting policy change at MediaPro. Cable business revenues showed strong growth, rising 24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 202.45 crore.
Den’s digital base shot up to cross the 2 million mark fuelled by digitisation in Phase I cities.
SN Sharma, CEO, Den Networks, said, “The last quarter was a landmark moment for our company, the industry and the country. The DAS era has begun. After the success of Phase 1 cities, our focus is now shifting to Phase 2 cities that DEN is present in and where the momentum is already building up.”
