Rajul Kulshreshtha, who had joined Kinetic India as Managing Director in late 2010, put in his papers yesterday. He will be serving his three-notice period. Kulshreshtha was head of Motivator, a GroupM media agency, before moving to Kinetic, an outdoor agency.

It may be recalled that last month, Sundeep Sharma, who replaced Kulshreshtha as Country Head, Motivator, had also put in his papers.

When contacted, Kulshreshtha, said, “Yes, I put in my papers this morning, but have not decided anything about my future role. I needed a break. I will be serving my three-month notice period as of now.”

Kulshreshtha is a veteran WPP and GroupM hand, having being with them since 1994. Prior to taking up his Motivator assignment in 2005, he was heading Team LG in GroupM in 2004.

Before he came into the GroupM system, he was with Universal McCann for around 11 years from 1992-2003. He had also done a stint with ZenithOptimedia.
