Based in Delhi, Biswas will be heading the Ford team at Mindshare; he comes in here from MPG

Biswas joins Mindshare from MPG and has 13 years’ experience in the media industry working with some of the top agencies. He has worked across a gamut of clients including HP, British Airways, Maruti, LVMH, Videocon, MTS and Reckitt Benckiser. He has also worked on the client side at LG, and with Universal McCann on Gillette, Goodyear, Panasonic, MasterCard, General Motors and Microsoft.
Commenting on his appointment, Biswas said, “It is very exciting and at the same time very challenging to be part of the fastest growing agency in India. Auto as a category has always been a passion and I have had experience of the category having worked on General Motors and Maruti previously. Ford has ambitious plans for the country over the next 3-4 years and I see this as a great challenge to craft media solutions in a hyper competitive marketplace."
