Wizcraft International wins 8 metals at EEMAX Awards

Bags 4 awards for Commonwealth Games Opening and Closing ceremonies.

Wizcraft International Entertainment Ltd. took home several laurels Saturday winning them 2 Gold's and 3 Silvers and Bronze Awards at the EEMAX Awards. Tallying at a total of eight awards, Wizcraft was presented with the honours in Goa.

Hailed by the Indian and international media as one for the books, premiere event and brand activation company, Wizcraft created history in October 2010 stunning the world with its creative and production prowess at the CWG Opening and Closing ceremonies in New Delhi, displaying 5000 years of Indian culture with great finesse. Wizcraft took home two gold's for the event in the Best Public and Outdoor event space and the Best Televised events category as well as the silver in the Best Sporting Event category for the same. The largely publicized event also received a bronze for Best Use of Technology in an event.

EEMAGINE 2011, the annual national convention of EEMA (Event and Entertainment Management Association of India), was held in Goa from August 4-6, 2011. The weekend concluded with EEMAX, the event management & brand activation awards ceremony aimed at recognizing the best in the events field. With entries from over 100 agencies, 66 awards in 22 different categories were distributed on Saturday night.

Wizcraft also won silvers for the ICC World Cup Opening Ceremony in Bangladesh in the Best Pubic and Outdoor Event category and for theInternational Indian Film Academy (IIFA) in the category of Best Televised Event.

Two additional bronzes were lauded upon Wizcraft in the categories of Best International Event and Best Internal Communication Campaign for The New Age Friendship Celebration concert in South Africa and the Nokia – MTB campaign respectively.
