publive-imageRed FM Mumbai, India's most awarded radio station, turned a year older this weekend. As a part of its birthday celebration, the station ran contests and gave out exciting prizes to its listeners. The station which started off in July 2002 has continued to rule the airwaves and the hearts of Mumbaikers with its attitude, award winning RJs, super hit music and interactive programming. The station reflects the interests and concerns of Mumbaikers be it Bollywood or Cricket or local city issues and has given them a platform to speak out and express themselves in a truly 'Bajaate Raho!' fashion.

Speaking on the occasion Rana Barua, Chief Operating Officer, Red FM publive-image93.5 Network said “It's been a remarkable journey for Red FM Mumbai and for all of us who have been lucky enough to be associated with it. What binds us all together is a commitment to the brand's philosophy and attitude that pervades everything we do – whether it is on air or off air. We have always been at the forefront when it comes to innovation and this year we picked up our third consecutive Best FM Station Award at India Radio Forum 2011. Our programming and marketing initiatives have been highly appreciated by listeners and have picked up prestigious national and international awards.  We have nurtured and honed some of India's best talents in the radio industry. For Red FM Network, our Mumbai station has been a trail blazer and we are extremely proud of all that the team has accomplished over the years.”
