The Outdoor Advertising Professionals (I) Pvt Ltd created a high intensity outdoor campaign for UTV Action Telugu.The campaign is designed around the thought - ‘Action invades Andhra'. To ensure maximum visibility across the city, OAP used approximately 60 cities all over Andra Pardesh mainly in Hyderabad and in bits of Vizag, Warangal and Vijaywada to grab maximum eyeballs for the launch.
UTV Action Telugu will reach out to the action oriented male audience in the age group of 15 years and above. The channel has all the action that would indulge one in high octane series of movies.
Speaking about the objective behind the launch, Kunal Mukherjee, Marketing Head , UTV Action Telugu said, “We intend to become the ultimate action destination in Andhra. AP being a hoarding heavy market outdoor became an essential part of our launch marketing plan. Our Channel hoardings can be seen at prominent locations across key cities in the state telling our viewers to get ready for the kind of action they have never seen before as UTV Action Telugu invades Andhra.”
UTV's core proposition of the launch involved a lot of action and enthusiasm; therefore OAP planned to use different mediums that would raise the impact on the target audience.The medium used for the campaign includes large formats of billboards and bus shelters in and around the city. The outdoor campaign also made use of bus branding and train branding.
“The idea was to create a strong presence of UTV Action in Andra Pradesh for their launch campaign, therefore, to build strong impact we have used approximately 60 sites in and around the city. Also, to draw maximum attention we planned and executed a campaign that offered a high level of enthusiasm in Andra Pradesh,” said, Bikash Verma,Associate Vice President,OAP.
The channel will showcase multiple blockbuster movies in the course of time giving a complete movie experience at home.
