'The core reason of life's existence on this planet is the Environment and Green is undoubtedly the new colour of life'. 94.3 Radio One embraces the 'World Environment Day' through '94.3 Radio One NDTV Environment Day Special PYMD', a unique programming mix, dedicated to the environment cause. Radio One has partnered with NDTV's special initiative 'The NDTV-Toyota Greenathon' to execute this special programme under the umbrella of its exclusive property 'Play Your Music Day' (PYMD).

94.3 Radio One's 'PYMD' is one of the most successful properties of Radio One where listeners can host a one hour show on Radio One. The station has used this platform to integrate NDTV's seminal environmental initiative for this year's World Environment Day, to garner maximum participation from their respective audiences and spread awareness about environmental issues.

On the Environment Day which is happening on 5^th June, 94.3 Radio One will individually host one hour environment special shows with prominent NDTV  anchors like Vikram Chandra, Nidhi Razdan, Abhigyan Prakash and Nidhi Kulpati. Radio One will also play host to four lucky viewers from NDTV who will get a chance to play their favorite tracks. '94.3 Radio One NDTV Environment Day Special PYMD', will be played throughout the day on 5^th June on all Radio One stations.
