Tier II Hindi GECs also show improvement; SAB inches closer to Sony in 21st week of TAM 2011.

India’s No.1 Hindi general entertainment channel Star Plus has maintained its leadership in the week 21 of TAM 2011 though the channel has lost 25 GRPs. Star Plus has recorded 300 GRPs this week (last week 325).
The second most watched Hindi GEC Colors has registered a marginal improvement by adding a few GRPs to record 230 GRPs this week (last week 226).
The No.3 Hindi GEC Zee TV too has seen a recovery in its viewership data this week. The channel has recorded 191 GRPs on TAM people meters this week (183 GRPs last week).
Sony Entertainment Television has again seen some decline and recorded 136 GRPs in the week 21 of TAM 2011 (last week 144).
SAB is again inching closer to Sony and now the difference between both the channels is of mere 3 GRPs. The channel has garnered 133 GRPs this week (last week 131).
No.6 player Imagine TV also has added a few GRPs to reach at 68 GRPs in 21st week (last week 64).
Star One has garnered 42 GRPs (last week 40). Sahara One is at 31 GRPs (last week 28).
