ET NOW launches stock market game BNSN – The Game

Premiering today, the show will witness the top-notch market experts investing in markets for 5 days.

ET NOW has launched 'BNSN - The Game'; an interesting stock market game that will show you how the top-notch market experts invest in markets for 5 days with 5 Lakhs of virtual money and will provide 4 stocks at the start of week with 2 new stocks everyday.

The show will anchored by Devina Menon & Avanne Dubash and premiers on Monday – 9^th May, 2011 at 11am. The three market experts who will play during the first week of the show are Mitesh Thacker, Technical Analyst; miteshthacker.com; Rajat Bose, Technical Analyst; rajatbose.com and Gaurang Shah, Asst VP; Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services.

Each analyst playing the game will be given an imaginary corpus of Rs. 500,000 at the start of week which would be utilized to buy the 4 recommended stocks. Based on the real time market fluctuation every time a 'Target or 'Stop Loss' recommended by the analysts is triggered; the analysts would have to replace that stock with another one. This replacement will take place real time and would be reflected on the ticker. Also, even if none of their recommended stocks have triggered their respective 'Target' or 'Stop Loss'; the analysts still have to replace two of the four recommended stocks with two new stocks at the end of each day.

The focus here is to give viewers an opportunity to see how the big market analysts play the markets; what is the methodology that they follow while picking the four potential stocks for the day and also understand how do they allocate money to different stocks based their methodologies.
