Turner elevates Juhi Ravindranath as Head of Ad Sales for South Asia

In her new role she will be looking after the ad sales of all channels under the Turner entertainment umbrella in the South Asia region

In a significant development, Juhi Ravindranath, Head – Ad Sales & Content Syndication, Imagine and Lumiere Movies channels of Turner General Entertainment Networks (TGEN) India, has been elevated to the position of Network Head of Sales for all Turner entertainment channels in South Asia. Her new designation, effective from this month, is Vice-president – Ad Sales, South Asia, Turner.

Ravindranath joined TGEN as Head of Ad Sales for the Imagine TV channel in June 2007. She was in-charge of planning and driving ad sales revenue for all channels in the Imagine portfolio including Imagine TV and Lumiere Movies. She is also the driving force behind the strategy planning and operations of her department.

Prior to joining Turner, Ravindranath was with Star India. She had joined Star in 2000 as Head – Ad Sales for the flagship channels of Star India – Star Plus and Star One.

She has also been associated with Zee Telefilms and Discovery Networks in previous assignments. She has a diverse experience of over 14 years in the business of TV ad sales.
