publive-imagePunjab Heritage & Tourism Promotion Board has invited Expression of Interest/Request for Proposal (EOI/RFP) from advertising agencies with experience of handling national campaigns for large clients, especially for niche products in the tourism and hospitality industry. The account size is worth Rs 50 crore.

The mandate includes complete marketing solutions through innovative creatives, marketing assistance, media planning and media buying across all mass media.  This would be delivered by a team preferably in Chandigarh or New Delhi.

The selected agency will be required to develop campaigns for brand reinforcement, extension, enhancement and promotion of tourism in Punjab. It would be required to design layouts for posters/bulletins/newsletters, stage backdrops and all events-related outdoor/indoor hoardings/billboards.

The agency would also be required to release tender advertisements and notices. They will be responsible for developing creatives for ads in print, electronic and outdoor media, and also development of TV commercials and radio jingles.

The advertising/marketing agency should have been in operation for the last three years and have a regular billing of preferably Rs 1 crore.
