publive-imageMax Hegerman, President, Tribal DDB, the digital arm of Mudra Group, has put in his papers. The development has been confirmed by sources close to the development. It is also reported that September 30, 2011, will be his last working day.

Hegerman's next designation remains unknown; however, there is speculation that he may headed to Sapient, an interactive and professional services company.

Hegerman had joined Tribal DDB in July 2009, replacing Leroy Alvares, who is currently President of Wuderman, the direct marketing arm of Rediffusion Y&R.

Hegerman was based in Mumbai and looked after the agency's operations across cities including Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Ahmedabad.

Prior to his stint at Tribal DDB, Hegerman had worked as Regional Managing Director at TBWA Media Arts Lab in Beijing, where he played a pivotal role in the global expansion of Apple. Before TBWA, he had his exposure at various agencies including Hal Riney & Partners, Wieden + Kennedy, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Energy BBDO, among others.

Over a career spanning 20 years, Hegerman has worked on clients like Nike, Pizza Hut, Land Rover, Volvo and Apple.
