Lowe Lintas wins creative duties for 3M

The account will be handled out of Lowe Bangalore office; it was a multi-agency pitch.

Lowe Lintas - India has been awarded the 3M account in a multi agency pitch for a piece of the action from the global innovation giant, for their iconic brands Post-ItÂź and another developing business from the Consumer & Office (C&O) Business stable.

Says GV Krishnan, Executive Director, Lowe Bangalore, “We are delighted and look forward to innovate on a brand which is known the world over for its innovation.”

3M is planning to enter the growing Indian market with one of its businesses which has a worldwide presence in the C&O business, with a global range of Consumer products whilst on Post-it¼, the brand’s single biggest challenge is to penetrate the market to build the habit beyond the traditional office space. Given this, 3M India is looking to recruit new users by pitching its products to a younger TG and Lowe’s core strategic mandate is to build this unique connection and unlock growth.

Partha Dutt, GM, Consumer & Office Business of 3M India, said that the high energy and motivation levels of the team, apart from the creative idea and the execution is what worked in favor of LOWE. Dippy Sachdeva, Vice President, Consumer & Office Business of 3M India, adds, “we see a lot of synergies between us and Lowe Lintas. And I firmly believe that they will play a pivotal role in building both these businesses in India”.
