All the 3 companies have set up their own sales teams and absorbed close to 40 people from Aidem.

publive-imageAfter the departure of its Founder Managing Director Raj Nayak, Aidem Ventures has lost 3 big accounts - NDTV Lifestyle Ltd, BAG Network channels and Sir Adhikari Brothers channels. All the 3 companies have set up their own sales team and absorbed close to 40 people from Aidem.

Now Aidem is left with Sahara's three channels (Sahara One, Filmy and Firangi), Live India and Mi Marathi after losing NDTV Good Times, Sri Adhikari Brothers' Mastiii, Dabangg and Dhamaal, BAG Films and Media's News24 and E24.

publive-imageConfirming the development with BestMediaInfo.com, Smeeta Chakrabarty, CEO, NDTV Lifestyle said, “We are in the process to set up an in-house sales team of 20-25 dynamic professionals some of which have been absorbed from Aidem Ventures. Anju  Thakur, Vice President, Ad Sales will head West and South while Surabhi Sood, AVP, Ad Sales will look after the sales in North and West India.”

publive-imageSimilarly, Anuradha Prasad, Managing Director, BAG Films told BestMediaInfo.com that BAG channels will have a sales team of about 30 people lead by its CEO R K Arora. She said, "While Wajid Kahn will head the sales team in West India, we are still to finalize the head for North India sales.”

Sri Adhikari Brothers has also set up its in-house sales team for its 4 channels. The team will be headed by Hersh Bhandari who has been absorbed from Aidem Ventures.
