Fever 104 FM records 93% growth in Q4, 2010

HT Media Ltd’s FM station posts exceptional growth of 64% on annual basis.

HT Media Ltd’s Fever Radio & Entertainment declared its financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2011.

Fever Radio & Entertainment clocked in revenue of Rs. 26.16 crore and annual revenue of Rs. 71 crores. The revenues recorded an impressive growth at Rs 18.01 crores as compared to Rs 10.8 crores for the same period in 2009, a striking jump of 66.75%.

At the same time last year the revenue numbers were Rs. 13.56 and Rs. 43.23 crores respectively witnessing a strong growth of 93% quarter on quarter and 64% on an annualized basis. The overall financial performance has been a result of Fever’s continuous focus on innovation on the programming and entertainment front. The management is confident of continued strong growth for the new fiscal with focus on innovations and business diversity.

Fever 104 FM’s growth strategy has been focussed on bringing in creative offerings to the listeners and adding value to the interests of advertisers. Available in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bangalore; Fever 104 FM launched some path-breaking initiatives last year including Fever Radio Ramayan, iPlay Fever, Fever Unplugged, Audio Blog, Fever Tick Tock Bingo, amongst others. Consistent and significant investments have been made in driving visibility of the brand.
