CNBC-TV18 launches Samsung Innovation Quotient

A nationwide hunt to recognize best innovators in crafting an extraordinary product or solution.

CNBC-TV18, India’s no. 1 business medium and Digital technology leader, Samsung Electronics have come together for the very first time to bring to you ‘Samsung Innovation Quotient’, an exclusive platform that will showcase and give recognition to the most innovative minds across the nation. ‘Samsung Innovation Quotient’ aims to recognize innovators from all parts of India who after prodigious attempts have succeeded in crafting an extraordinary product or solution that decodes unique ways to fulfill mass needs in a comprehensive manner.

  • Rigor and validity of social impact analysis calculation
  • Proposal for implementing social impact metrics

Financial Viability and Sustainability

  • Fundability: the potential for the venture to receive financial support from additional investors/donors
  • The rigor and feasibility of the venture's financial model and goals
  • Potential for follow-on funding to grow the venture through self-sufficiency or profitability

Demonstrated Leadership Ability

  • Quantify venture leader's ability to develop people, promote change and achieve results

Performance Benchmarks

  • Outline the development of systems to track, monitor and assess the performance milestones articulated in the venture plan

Risk Assessment and Contingency Plans

  • Identify risk factors associated with the enterprise and external environment. Develop a plan for mitigating them.
