In its line of offering contextual branding at consumer spendzones, Aurora Comms, A Comms as popularly known has partnered with Star HD and is offering high-definition experiences across various consumer spendzones in the country. Across cities, across consumer spaces which retails LCD screens, A Comms is showcasing Star HD. The campaign has been rolled out at electronic stores like Ezone, Vijay sales, Next,Kohinoor etc. It covers more than 100 electronic/retail stores for a period.

Aurora Comms is India's largest advertising network media house that helps connect brands to consumers at the final mile in their spendzones. These spendzones or consumer touch points are retail stores of all format, Malls, Multiplexes, Financial retail, Electronic Retail, Book stores, Entertainment parks, Gyms and Health Clubs, Coffee shops and many more consumption places. The solutions are spread across 600 plus cities covering more than 4000 destinations.

The campaign reflects the 'Asli HD' experience on large LCD screens both in form of live channels and the lovely experiential television commercials created by Star HD on educating the quality of HD. The live channel displayed on large number of LCD screens is creating the feel of HD technology; helping masses to feel the quality difference of a programme shot on HD cameras and recorded with dolby sound. These stores have 60-80 television sets screening HD content simultaneously causing a gigantic impact on the consumers who walk-in.

Aurora Comms, Executive director, Vishakha Singh, says, 'Hi -Definition content's is all about the experience, while reading/ hearing about HD creates a perception, seeing is believing and that's what we planned to create for Star for this campaign'. She adds further, 'Electronic stores are not places to visit once an year any more, gone are the days when one buys a refrigerator or a phone and would assign  a long family life, people flock to buy, to browse. Homes are changing to not only from two tv sets to more tv sets but also to multiples slimmer lcd panels and this was the best place to add HD in their basket!”
