The latest TAM data released for the week 20 has declared that Aaj Tak was most watched news channel on the vote counting day, 13th May but the channel remained at 2nd spot during the week. Proving its leadership on important developments, the channel has garnered more than 18% of relative channel/market share on 13th May across TGs and Markets.

On counting day, Star News was the second most watched channel while India TV remained at No.3. Zee News and NDTV India were at No.4 and No.5 respectively.

However, the data for the whole week has not given the good results for Aaj Tak. India TV leads the pack during the week with 19% of market share while Aaj Tak has garnered 17% share followed closely by Star News with 16% of market share. Zee News was at No.4 during the week with 11% market share.
