FOODFOOD, India's first Hindi 24x7 Food Lifestyle Brand that debuted on 24 January, 2011 hosted the first ever Eat-a-thon for Media agencies across Mumbai & Delhi simultaneously.

With a concept of “Food hi Food”, the Eat-a-thon served a lavish buffet of snacks and delicacies throughout the day at India's largest media agencies.  Said FoodFood's COO, Karthik Lakshminarayan, “The FoodFood Eat-a-thon was a special event for media agencies. What better way to share our passion for food with the fun loving media personnel!”

Sampling the food at the fest were over 2000 agency employees across Group M, Madison, Zenith Optimedia, Triton etc. The teams kicked off the day with a wide range of baked goods and sandwiches, muffins and sweet treats for breakfast. The feast continued with biryani and desserts for lunch, ending with Indian favorites with a FoodFood twist – pani puri with kokum water, chocolate jalapeno fudge, kalakand and more

"FoodFood lives up to it's promise of being the most gastronomically loaded lifestyle channel and 360 degree food concept. We plan on spreading innovative activities revolving around food all round the year making it interactive not only with our audiences but also with all the people associated with us professionally" added Lakshminarayan.

FoodFood is a joint venture promoted by Astro All Asia Networks, Malaysia and Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor. At the launch, Mr. Raghavendra Madhav, Director Astro Asia Networks revealed FoodFood's “double whammy” team  - renowned Chef Sanjeev Kapoor as the expert on all things food, and Madhuri Dixit Nene as the Lifestyle Ambassador of FoodFood.
