In a petition filed by advocate Amit Nayak on behalf of Viacom18, the channel told the High Court that it is not airing anything obscene. The next hearing will be on Monday and till then the show will be aired at its regular primetime slot.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting had issued an order yesterday to the Hindi general entertainment channels Colors and Imagine to push their reality shows Bigg Boss and Rakhi ka Insaaf after 11pm. The ministry has also directed to carry the disclaimer – Not Suitable For Children. Not only this, the government had also ordered the news channels not to show any excerpts of these shows.
