With a team of over 150 people handling operations from Mumbai and Delhi, Publicis Capital will be headquartered in Delhi

In an unprecedented move, India's two leading creative agencies Publicis India and Capital Advertising have announced their merger to form Publicis Capital. The new entity Publicis Capital will bring together employees and clientele of both the agencies under a common roof. With a team of over 150 people handling operations from Mumbai and Delhi, Publicis Capital will be headquartered in Delhi and will count among the top 5 agencies by size in this market.

Publicis India, one of the top agencies in India, had entered Indian markets way back in 2003 and has worked with global and local clients since then. Capital Advertising, a Delhi-based Agency founded in 1992, has a long-standing clientele such as Maruti Corporate, Maruti Swift, Escorts Tractors, Apollo Tyres, Citi financial, LG CDMA, Ultra Motors, Indiatimes.

The joint clientele of Publicis Capital will include - Apollo Tyres, Beam Brands, Carrefour, Escorts, Fidelity Asset Management, Hewlett Packard, IFFCO Tokio, L'Oreal, Maruti Suzuki, Nestle, Sanofi-Aventis, United Biscuits and Voltas.

The top management structure of Publicis Capital will see Sunil Sachdeva and Prasad Subramaniam - founders of Capital Advertising – as Joint Chairman while Hemant Misra currently CEO Publicis India will be the CEO
