High Court adjourns the matter till December 3 for hearing enabling Bigg Boss to run at 9 pm slot till then.

publive-imageViacom18 has got some more relief from Bombay High Court on its flagship reality show Bigg Boss on Colors. High Court has adjourned the matter till December 3 for hearing which enables the channel to run Bigg Boss at its original prime time slot at 9 pm till then.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting had issued an order on 17th November to the Hindi general entertainment channels Colors and Imagine to push their reality shows Bigg Boss and Rakhi ka Insaaf after 11pm. While Imagine followed the I&B directive, Colors approached the Bombay High Court in order to continue with the show on its fixed primetime slot and on 18th November, Bombay High Court had stayed I&B directive pushing Big Boss telecast to 11 PM.

The ministry has also directed to carry the disclaimer – Not Suitable For Children. Not only this, the government had also ordered the news channels not to show any excerpts of these shows.
