publive-imageAfter crossing 5,00,000 fans this July, in less than four months, MTV, India's leading multimedia youth platform has crossed a staggering one million fans on its Facebook fan page – www.facebook.com/mtvindia! Innovative content & constant evolution has helped MTV to cater to what the youth looks for today. MTV India's Facebook fan page is yet another way of going beyond television & right to where the youth is. It is one of India's only brands that boasts of such a strong and rabid fan following!

MTV says a big thank you to its dedicated fans and as part of the celebration, has exclusively released the MTV Hero Honda Roadies 8 Theme Song in order to pay tribute them! Written by Raghu Ram himself and composed/performed by Airport, the song made its debut on the Facebook fan page.

The MTV fan page not only talks about music and entertainment, but also talks about important topics like social reform, politics and sports. It encompasses everything that the youth can relate to and provides a platform where they can voice their opinions. The page's passion points revolve around its fans' passion points... thus the million fans and still counting! From television, to social media, MTV's viral is surely catching on!
