publive-imageMadison World, that always has offered a lot more than services, has announced a 50-50 JV with a globally renowned UK based agency BMB (Beattie McGuinness Bungay) to strengthen their creative capabilities and have better prospects for their clients. The new JVCo will be called BMB India and will provide Creative advertising services to Advertisers.

BMB is a creative hotshop founded by globally renowned Advertising personality Trevor Beattie.  Madison World's current advertising business of mc2 will be merged into this JV.  Currently mc2 has a number of valuable clients like Mastiii, Rajasthan Tourism, Organic India and so on. As part of this JV, a leading Creative person from BMB London will be based here in Mumbai to offer BMB India clients a global - standard creative product. BMB now will have offices in UK, USA and India.

BMB India will be led by Prabha Prabhu as CEO and a Chief Creative Officer from UK will be appointed imminently.

BMB, which has been widely awarded, including being named UK Agency of the Year in 2008 is co-owned and headed by the globally renowned Creative Guru, Trevor Beattie. During a decade-long stint as Creative Director and Chairman of TBWA/London, he produced award winning work for clients as diverse as PlayStation and Playtex. He set up Beattie McGuinness Bungay (BMB) on Election Day 05.05.05.  BMB won 16 of its first 20 new business pitches and now lists McCain, Carling, ING, Samsung, Ikea, Selfridges, TUI Travel and Virgin Money among its clients.

Trevor Beattie has been responsible for a string of extremely visible and talked about  advertising campaigns.  He achieved lasting notoriety in the 1990s via Eva Herzigova and  Wonderbra's “Hello Boys” poster campaign.

A life-long Labour supporter, he masterminded the ad campaigns for the Labour Party in both the 2001 and 2005 General Elections including the famous 'Labor isn't working'  campaign.  Beattie's stark re-vamping of high street fashion chain French Connection UK  as FCUK managed to even outshine Wonderbra in the PR stakes.

He will personally be devising the marketing campaign for Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic Space Tourism Programme and is booked to become Adland's first-ever fare- paying Space Traveller in 2012.
