Indian Sports Legends On CNN-IBN, IBN7 & IBN Lokmat

As the city of Delhi prepares to host India's biggest sporting event ever, get set to celebrate the true spirit of sports with Indian Sports Legends. CNN-IBN, IBN7 & IBN-Lokmat will salute the legends that brought glory to our nation by winning accolades at the Olympics, World Championships, Asian Games and the Commonwealth share memorable moments of their journey, reflect on their achievements and recollect true life stories that made them who they are today.

The outstanding sporting legends of the country will be honoured with the Indian Sports Legends Awards. Through this initiative, Network 18 group will salute their timeless achievements and for displaying the greatest sporting spirit by placing the country above personal triumph.

The inspiring stories of these Indian sporting legends of all times will be showcased daily between September 27 & October 01 on CNN-IBN at 10:30 PM and on IBN7 & IBN-Lokmat at 7:30 PM respectively. These special episodes would serve as a precursor to the telecast of the Grand Finale of the 'Indian Sports Legends – A Network18 Initiative' which will be telecast on October 02 on CNN-IBN at 12noon & 7:30PM; IBN7 at 8PM; IBN-Lokmat at 7PM and on Oct 03 on IBN Lokmat at 11:30AM.
