Delhi: Kraftshala has announced the launch of ‘The Leadership Catalyst Series,’ an initiative aimed at empowering mid-level agency managers to excel in leadership roles.

Kraftshala spoke with hundreds of professionals and HR experts in India's top agencies to find out what mid-level managers struggle with. In response, they've created The Leadership Catalyst Series which aims to equip mid-level managers with crucial digital skills for leadership roles. Their inaugural  program, 'Leveraging Digital Funnels for New Age Businesses,' focuses on media agency managers. Through three live workshops and real-world case studies, managers learn how to understand client briefs better using digital funnels.

Launched in collaboration with industry leaders such as Sambit Dash, Partner at RPSG Capital Ventures (formerly VP-Marketing, Mamaearth and Head of Marketing, Taco Bell), along with insights from Sanchari Biswas (Media and Digital Lead at L'Oréal, previously Digital Acquisition Lead at Toothsi and Director-Performance at Performics) and Varun Satia (Founder and CEO at Kraftshala, and one of India's marketing trainers).

Speaking about this, Varun Satia, Co-Founder and CEO, Kraftshala, said, "This programme is a transformational journey tailored to meet the needs of modern marketers. By bringing together top-tier experts and industry stalwarts, we aim to arm participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in today's dynamic business landscape. The commitment to fostering industry collaboration and dialogue sets it apart. With the backing of key partner agencies and the participation of over 16 of India’s top agencies and global giants such as Publicis and Sokrati, the workshop promises to be a melting pot of innovation and expertise.”

Moreover, among the confirmed participants are agencies like Dentsu, Merkle, Performics, Hiveminds, and GroupM. Additionally, over 80 level managers will contribute their insights and expertise, enhancing the workshop's collaborative atmosphere.

The program is designed for media managers with around four years of experience and is held on April 13, 14, and 20.
